Rae Hoffman-Dolan
Rae Hoffman-Dolan is the Co-Founder, CEO and Managing Director of MFE Interactive. In 1998 Rae started a small website about her son and his medical condition that became one of the first international support groups and largest website in general on the topic. It earned national media coverage and helped further medical research in the field.
Investigating ways to support that site, she found affiliate marketing and became one of the most well known voices in the affiliate landscape and organic search engine optimization. Today, her current area of research is site auditing and advanced organic link development techniques relating to all of the major engines.
Rae is a regular speaker at the PubCon conferences and a former moderator for the WebmasterWorld forums. Additionally, Rae is a regular columnist at Search Engine Land and has also spoken at various industry conferences such as Search Engine Strategies and SMX.
Known widely in the online marketing community as Sugarrae, she is also the author of the often controversial Sugarrae affiliate marketing blog and does occasional SEO Consulting, with a focus on SEO audits and link development strategies. Rae is also the Co-Owner and SVP of Marketing for Speedy Incorporation Service and the Co-Owner of Viral Conversations.

Though he's only been paid for writing recently, he worked for free from the second grade through college graduation. Beyond his work for MFE Interactive, he writes about baseball and politics at various outlets like his blog, River Ave Blues.
